Once a new ISP has been created and applied to a person supported in Therap, the first time a team member accesses that ISP, they will need to do this before moving forward to where they can document.
What is acknowledge?
If I am supporting someone who does not use words to communicate and therefore cannot ask for a PRN Psychotropic Medication, I need to review and follow this form which outlines target symptoms and other information before administering.
