Pull up Gingr on your mobile device and proceed to check out the animal. You can process the credit card by manually entering the credit card number.

Check the label on that animals food or check the feeding report for instructions.
What needs to be set up on the yard before dogs are let out in the morning?
Kennel decks should be placed over the drains/trenches. Everything else can wait until the dogs are out and/or back in for breakfast.
What should you put in the notes section of the medication and feeding reports?
Your initials (or name if there are multiple people with the same initials)
When should an incident report be filled out in Gingr?
Anytime an animal is sick, there is an injury, fight, escape, something is ingested or a bite has occured.
What tasks should be completed while dogs are in for breakfast?
- Afternoon and next morning food bowls

A dog has gotten hurt on the yard, and you are by yourself, what do you do?
Radio for help / remove the dog (if possible) immediately from the yard / apply first aid / let the front desk know if more care is going to be required than we can provide / once the primary wound/injury is taken care of a full wellness check should be performed to check for other injuries / complete incident report

What should every dog have in their kennel at the end of the night?
A sherpa or raised bed (unless noted not to), a full bowl of water and treats (unless noted not to).
Under what circumstances should an animal not receive house treats for bedtime?
If they have brought their own treats / If they have known food allergies / If we have been told not to give treats / If they are with a kennel mate and they are to be separated to feed / If they have AM Meds that require an empty stomach (no food should be left in kennel) / Always check the kennel cards!!
What is the difference between "Unavailability" and "Leave" in Deputy?
Unavailability - Should only be used to inform your manager of regular days/times you are unavailable. For example, when you began you said you could not work Thursdays. Use Unavailability to set that up. (Must be pre-agreed on)
Leave - Used to request not previously arranged time off.
