They are allowed to be signed in and in your room from 10am-1am M-Th, 10am-2am Fri-Sat (non-residents, residents do not have to sign in other residents)
Who is responsible for cleaning the common area?
Everyone is responsible to keep shared spaces clean! When in doubt, ask an RA to establish a cleaning schedule.
What services does OAVP provide?
They provide confidential help to those who have experienced sexual abuse/assault, and also provide hygiene products to those in need.

Are you allowed to have pets?
No. You must be approved for an ESA to have one in your room.
How many guests am I allowed?
4 guests, no more than 8 guests per apartment.
Where should I report academic dishonesty?
You can report it to Student Rights and Responsibilities.
How often are health and safety inspections and what is the purpose?
Once a semester; to make sure rooms meet health and safety standards with cleaning, as well as following the handbook for prohibited items.

What should I do if I need to submit a maintenance order?
Scan the QR code for work orders that was provided during move in. Or, Google “UTRGV Casa Bella Workorders”.
What should you do if your roommate uses something of yours without asking in the common area?
Talk to an RA! Confronting right away could lead to further conflict, your RAs are here to help.

The Casa Bella front office, and you submit an application through their website.
