The hallways have to be clear so BHTs can make sure everyone is safe and not doing anything they shouldn't. The more chaos in the hallway, the more likely we are to miss something important. We know it's annoying. But...them's the rules.

If you need a PB&J, when is the time to ask for it?

Meal times! Technically, BHTs aren't supposed to get sandwiches for clients outside of mealtimes because it's important we stay on schedule. Plus, we don't always have the staff for that. If you need a PB&J for dinner or if you know you'll need one later, ask for the supplies, make one, and we can save it in the kitchen for your snack at snack time if you don't need to eat it right away.

Cross-talk! Groups are a major part of treatment. We know they can get repetitive, but what you put into groups is what you get out of them, and no one likes a group that is overstimulating and chaotic.
