Accused of turbocharging the Opiod epidemic in support of Purdue Pharma, a SR Partner at McKinsey was charged with Obstruction of Justice as a result of knowingly destroying relevant documents and records to the case.
As a result, McKinsey was ordered to implement refined document management processes for Client Engagement data, ensuring this type of activity would not happen in the future.
McKinsey partnered with DryvIQ to initiate data cleansing, classification, and migration to Microsoft SharePoint Online; the home of their new 'Engagement Hub'. To ensure this new environment would not turn into a data dumping ground like Box, the teams collectively developed a self-service migration application, enabling Consultants to select specific engagement files they wanted to move to this new service.
Native to Box, this add-on capability enables customers to identify & label sensitive data within Box.

Upon contracting, all Customers receive a welcome email from their CX representative to coordinate kick-off, pre-requisite documentation, and access to DryvIQ's LMS for self-paced enablement.
Depending on contracted delivery model, customers will embrace one of the follow DryvIQ CX offerings:
-Expert Assist - For customers looking to independently deliver outcomes, DryvIQ will serve in an advisory role; enabling customers in the area of implementation, configuration, and execution. (Customer is hands-on-keyboard, licensed in buckets of hours)
- Managed Project - For customers looking for an end-to-end, outsourced solution. Supported via Statement of Work, DryvIQ will lead and deliver all aspects of migration from kick-off to closure.
