My candidate is in "Waiting Feedback" but the client scheduled them for a second round interview. Should I leave them in "Waiting Feedback" until the interviews are complete?
No. I should go in and add the second interview to their profile in Connected.
This req that I know I closed out last week just popped back up under qualified reqs. What's happening here?
The req most likely opened due to an additional opening because of someone moved to "not proceeding". Confirm if the client wants to backfill the opening. If not, move it to sourced & close out the req in Connected.
I'm looking for any and all reqs that are 'unallocated' because I'm looking to get subs out during B-time and I WANT THAT BREAD. How do I easily find this?

It's Friday and my candidate that is supposed to start on Monday hasn't cleared their background. Should I update the start date on their tag?
Confirm with the AM if the candidate can start on a waiver, or can go in mid-week if cleared. If not, move the start date up by a few days. This can always be adjusted.

YES! Make sure to update the 'Est Start Date' on their individual tag on DRZ.
I have an interview going off for O&A, but the tag isn't showing on CS red zone. I still want to update the tag. What do I do?
Filter Cards on the left by the division or your name and you should be able to access your candidate's tag.
When will a tag pull as a "Compliance Error"?
A tag will show a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark (compliance error) when something needs to be updated on the candidate or the req in Connected.
I'm checking a reference and the manager says they are looking for a new outsourcing partner. I'm not sure if this something we can help support. What team should I reach out to?

We're on RZ and it's like crickets when there's an update needed for a tag because someone is off enjoying a lovely vacation on a beach somewhere drinking margaritas. What do we do?
Click the tag to see if there's been any comments added. Check out the team members to see if anyone that's in office can provide context. If not, chatter on the req to see if we can get an update when they're back! :)
I want to know how many subs a req has received. Can I see this on DRZ?
FO SHO! You can click on the blue filter button on the small tag and easily view this information, or click on the whole tag and see "Talent Details from Connected"
