"I made a jump with them, paid cash for photos and videos (they ask you for the money before the jump) when I see the video it lasts only 2.5 minutes, it is free fall and of the 10 photos they only sent me 8. They told me that they had problems with the camera that did not record, I expect financial compensation. Now they don't attend to me or answer my messages. They are scammers"

"Not a good experience. The steam from the ____ engine gave my wife second and third degree burns on her leg. The company tries to upsell everything. It's too much. The ______ was pretty but overall it's not worth it. The company restricts you having phones or GoPros for "safety reasons" but then tries to sell you photo packages that are outrageously expensive. They also hold you hostage afterwards making you watch a culture show so you but more food/drinks and tip more. The zippiness are very short, although they do let you go upside down on the third one. The ____ are just out and back a few times on one ____, in a ____ that is slow and controlled. Very disappointing use of time."

"Not impressed with quality of service but a portion of our group enjoyed being able to _____ ____in ____. But for those of us that were beginners it wasnt the best experience. It was very easy to make an appointment via email. We had a group of four. Each with our own instructor. My specific instructor wasnt the friendliest. Overall I was not pleased and would not recommend this studio for beginners nor tourists. I thought it would be much better based on the reviews"
