False, due to the patient populations we work with. This could be disrupting to our patients with colors and associated teams.
Why shouldn't you call an officer/DSD Staff by their first name (in the presence of patients)?
DSD staff go by their last name, while DSHS staff go by their first name. Calling them by their first name gives easy access for patients to see DSD staff's first and last names on their badges.
