The Chapter Management Program (CMP) is the method of formal communication between collegiate chapters and the national Fraternity. The levels represent basic operational requirements. All chapters are expected to reach the first level, Accredited Chapter. Chapters may seek to achieve the second level, Chapter of Recognition, and the third, Chapter of Excellence. Chapters are recognized for the highest level they achieve.

What is the difference between a LEAD School and LEAD Provincial Conference and why should you participate in both?
LEAD Schools are two-day events held in five locations of each Fall with full educational training seminars and opportunities to network with a focus on personal, professional, leadership, and Fraternal development. LEAD Provincial Conferences are three-day events in one location of each Spring and will include a banquet and provincial council meetings. I should attend both to enhance personal growth and development, improve my chapter, and have fun.

Explain the Educational and Leadership Consultant program in your own words.
Consultants visit chapters conducting training on all areas of chapter operations through chapter programming. Campus visits include public relations meetings with Deans, Student Activities staff and Chapter Advisors. Counseling and advising will help with improved operations, new ideas for activities and suggested resolutions to common challenges faced by student organizations.
