How do you know the lead time for a sauna?
You can check News& Updates for a rough timeline for each model. For the specific model you're building, look at the "Estimated build date" and add 1-2 weeks, and that should be when we can expect to receive the sauna.
Which saunas can be put outdoors?
All of them, except for the ones specifically labeled Indoor.

The PU550/ PU552 (5'x5')
Can you get WiFi on a woodburning heater?
Nope!
Why can't you put a Huum Drop or Harvia heater in front of a glass panel?
Because these are wall-mounted heaters, so they need to mount onto a solid wall!
What do you do if the customer wants to install the sauna themselves?
We can have it drop shipped to them! Change the Ship Via to "Drop Ship" and add the "Sauna Drop Ship" item line to the invoice. NOTE: We can't drop ship across the country, it must be in our service area (per Dundalk).

Yes! They can attach to the wooden trim pieces that separate the glass panels.

Are the saunas waterproof?
Saunas are water-resistant, not waterproof. If a sauna is knotty cedar, adding a roof will help to reduce seepage. NOTE: Some seepage will still be present on all saunas and is expected. This is not a warrantied issue.

How do you find out the electrical requirements for your customer's sauna?
Once a sauna is purchased, you are welcome to provide the customer with the heater manual from the Dundalk portal. Then, tell them that our service team is going to review their invoice and they will have their specific electrical requirements ready for them within 2 business days. Send the invoice to Mike, and he will reply to you with those requirements for you to send to the customer within 2 business days.
What is the warranty?
All saunas come with a 5 year parts warranty. Leisurecraft will cover the full cost of the part needed and the shipping charges to ship the part to us.
The warranty does NOT cover labor, and customers will need to pay a fee for service, similar to Goalrilla and Woodplay.
Which models offer a changeroom and/or porch?
Any of the barrel varieties, the Luna, and the Pod.
What do you need to add to the sauna if you have a floorstanding heater?
When do you need to add a cedar light shade over the electric sauna light?
Never! (unless the customer wants it) HAR HAR
How do you know what size heater to recommend for a customer's sauna?
In the portal go to Downloads > Electric Heater Sizing Charts & Information at the bottom of the page. Then select the correct sauna.
