How can you as a call taker refer someone to Care Navigation?

If CCD is working, communicate the need to the CCD clinician.

If CCD is not working, create a call in CAD using the nature code "CN". Document what is needed, the caller's name, and caller's phone number. Route the call, then cancel it (do not dispatch a unit). The call details are automatically emailed to DCSD.
