This document contains a student’s official academic records, report cards, and other important educational information throughout their school career.
What is the Ontario Student Record (OSR)?
Under the NTIP, this is the number of performance appraisals a new teacher must complete within their first 12 months of teaching.
What is two?
Under the Education Act, Principals must ensure that this is recorded daily for all students
What is student attendance?
This meeting takes place before a classroom observation and helps establish a constructive atmosphere for the appraisal process.
What is the pre-observation meeting?
I am the person primarily responsible for conducting teacher performance appraisals.
Who is the principal?
This credential is awarded to students who successfully complete Ontario secondary school graduation requirements
What is the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)?
Components such as report cards and documentation files must be retained for this many years after a student retires from school.
What is five years?
Students between these ages are required to attend school.
What are ages 6 and 18?
