This person is responsible for completing a Transfer Summary, wherein transfers are unanticipated.

(Bonus points: If the transfer IS anticipated, it should be completed in advance by the keyworker.)
This person is responsible for reviewing a Notice of Conditions and CPIC prior to a youth signing.

Before calling the legal guardian, this should be consulted to confirm guardianship.
What is CIIRT?
This person is responsible for finding housing for youth in custody.
Who is the LEGAL GUARDIAN, and specifically, NOT MYLES?
This person is responsible for completing conditions and establishing release plans on days wherein court runs late.
Who is the UNIT STAFF?
(The Team Leader will assist and review conditions prior to submission).
When completing sections of a Monthly Summary, this method of documenting the information should not be used.

This person should be consulted to ensure that existing conditions align with the NOC, however, it is not their responsibility to establish the conditions included on the Order.

This person's role is to assist in connecting to resources, engage youth in programming, as well as supporting caseworkers with referrals.
