This position's responsibilities are to provide administrative support to assigned meetings including calendars, agendas, and minutes, and to manage timely communications.

This is a key member of the National Center’s TA team, responsible for leading assigned STT site engagements and driving results through effective alignment, planning, coordination, and execution. This position orchestrates all aspects of TA delivery from exploration through sustainability. They ensure alignment with STT goals and the Center’s TA model. This role leads all STT meetings and events in collaboration with internal and external partners. The IS manages timelines, agendas, and follow-up actions.

Non-SME Implementation Specialist

This role supports the National Center as it relates to understanding NTI and the adoption, implementation, and support needed to complete the training. This team member has deep knowledge of NTI and plays a resource role on the team providing presentations to STTs and building NC team knowledge. This role serves as a bridge to the NC team supporting the understanding of prior work and relationships within the TA site.

They cultivate strategic relationships and goodwill to expand the reach of the National Center by engaging new TA sites, representing in external meetings and public forums to promote adoption-competent mental health services, advocates for policy and funding support through various partnerships.  

CASE CEO (Debbie Riley)

Baker Admin (Vanessa Liang)

This role provides deep expertise of Child Welfare (CW) systems in each STT. This role will bring an understanding to the team of the key priorities of the site CW system/CW Director and alignment with the National Center. This position is responsible for reviewing all scan information, adding to the team’s understanding, and working knowledge by digesting pain points and opportunities in the site. This role will provide contributions from the front end to the back end of the TA engagement as it pertains to how the CW system is structured and how child welfare services are provided (i.e., private or public and by whom).

This team is responsible for creating and executing an approved evaluation plan. This role is responsible for the development of the logic model. This role creates and administers a variety of evaluation instruments, administers them, and provides an analysis of findings accompanied by recommendations. This role attends STT meetings and onsite meetings.

This individual is both strategic and operational, serving as the central leadership figure responsible for advancing the mission. They set the vision and strategic direction for the National Center. They are responsible for overall federal grant stewardship ensuring compliance with grant requirements and submission of timely and high-quality reports.

This role optimizes the National Center’s internal infrastructure by designing and refining operational workflows and project management processes. This role leans on the expertise of all partners by bringing together diverse perspectives to identify and implement practices that make sense for the Center. By building or enhancing tools such as interactive resources, project-tracking systems, and automated administrative solutions, this person drives efficiency, transparency, and consistency across teams.

Data & Information Specialist (was Tasha Gupta)

This role provides deep expertise of the MH system in each STT. This role will bring an understanding to the team of the key priorities of the site MH system Director/Commissioner and alignment with the National Center. They will review all scan information and add to the team’s understanding by digesting pain points and opportunities in the site. This role will provide contributions from the front end to the back end of the TA engagement as it pertains to how the MH system is structured and how child welfare mental health services are provided (i.e., private and public, and by whom).

This role is responsible for providing data that informs the work of the STTs. This data represents many useful reports for the team to review at the start of engagement. This role updates this information periodically. This data is available to the team and is referred to as scans. This role also contributes to the Knowledge Hub and work that requires a deep understanding of Adoption Competency – its origins and research activities.

This role is responsible for creating and disseminating knowledge. This role mobilizes knowledge to drive system advancement of adoption competency through national awareness, knowledge building and participation with peer learning activities such as Roundtables.  It curates credible literature for the Hub as well as creates or supports the creation of new tools, materials, best practices, and other resources in the online Knowledge Hub.

Director of Knowledge and Dissemination (Erin Bader)

They play a vital role in advancing the National Center for Adoption Competent Mental Health Services’ digital presence by designing and managing visual content across web, social media, and print platforms. This role collaborates with the Marketing Manager and Director of Knowledge and Dissemination on graphic strategy implementation, website content management, and digital campaign execution to support brand awareness and engagement. This role ensures brand alignment across all National Center created products. 

Graphic Designer (Sam Paciello)

This role contributes expertise to our work in tribal sites or in sites where there are tribes.  This role can function as an SME or as a co-lead in a particular tribe. This role not only provides the team with deep expertise of the tribe but also provides guidance to the team on tribal perspectives and customs. This role provides contributions from the front end to the back end of the TA engagement as it pertains to tribes.

This person is a key leader responsible for overseeing all intensive TA efforts. This role leads TA Planning & Execution, oversees the design and delivery of intensive TA, ensures alignment with the TA model, timelines, and STT priorities. This role assigns TA teams and supports the STT lead to achieve goals and ensures engagements are well-scoped and aligned with STT leadership priorities.

Director of Technical Assistance (Tanya Anderson)

They lead strategic marketing and communications, overseeing campaign development, branding, and audience engagement efforts. This role collaborates closely with the Graphic Designer and works with leadership to ensure national outreach and awareness of National Center offerings and adoption-competent mental health services.
