From the comment: why is a vocabulary increase of internal feelings (aches/pains) considered unnecessary?
It is hard to teach vocabulary of this as it is a physical state that the INDIVIDUAL has a connection with/others cannot feel it. The vocabulary for these is taught and a mimic of the teacher/it is shaped .
