When I was 11, I accidentally got my whole neighborhood friend group grounded. At a sleepover, I stayed behind and sat on a wall under the lights because I didn't want to cross a busy road with the other kids. My mom drove past me at 11:30 pm, saw me sitting, and quickly discovered we were all out alone. We all ended up grounded because I couldn't lie my way out of it!
