In the other widgets, Last Activity measure the Lead file. In Your Expected Start List This Month it measure the Opportunity file! This shows the last time the student had an activity from the Enrollment Specialist!

It is during this period that the students are by far the most likely to move forward towards starting class!

Because they're past due on getting a call on the contact strategy or they are not due yet for a call on the contact strategy!

What is the difference from Scheduled Start and Expected Start?

Expected Start is the initial start date selected when completing the application. Scheduled start date is when the student is actually scheduled to start class!
