What is the difference between arguing and compromising?
Arguing is when both sides verbally fight entirely for their own outcome and personal opinion without being understanding of the other sides perspective.
Compromising means that both sides make concessions, so each party is somewhat satisfied but not entirely satisfied with the outcome. In a compromise, each party gives up some of what they want in order to move forward.

Ask them if they are okay, get a teacher, help them up, or tell them you are sorry (even if it isn't your fault it is still nice to say sorry)

A break is something that can always be asked for without needing to do anything in order to get it.
A reward is something that is earned by completing a difficult task, showing growth, and being respectful.
