Sometimes called "iron wood", this robust lumber was often chosen for it's ability to resist rot. Perhaps a reference to Christ's body being incorruptible.

Blame it on the goat! This special goat took on the sins of the congregation by the high priest laying his hands on the animal. The goat was then released into the wilderness to "take away" the sins of the people.
