In 2009, President Obama signed this ACT in honor of an Ed better known as Ted- expanding the AC Ed award so that Members can earn the equivalent of 2 full-time ed awards in any AmeriCorps program, and serve a maximum of 4 State & National Direct AmeriCorps terms of service.

The National Service Trust is required to report payment(s) in excess of $600.00 to the IRS during each tax year. This "Miscellaneous Income" form will need to be filed if your loan payments total $600 or more in any calendar year. (p.s. you should receive it in the mail but it's also in your MyAmeriCorps Portal).
