Email the Equipment Rental Agreement form to avdaa@gscnc.org at least two weeks prior to when you’d like to pick the item(s) up from your local GSCNC office. You’ll be required to submit a $50 deposit per item, and return the item(s) to an office.

AVD reserves rooms with the coordinator of that specific office. Please contact Mary at mstrauss@gscnc.org or 202-534-3776 to reserve. HOWEVER, you can contact the outbased office in advance to check if the date you’d like is available.

- Courses need to adhere to all Nation’s Capital policies and safety procedures
- Only certified Cookout and Campout instructors should teach enrichment courses covering fire or outdoor cooking
- Reimbursements cannot exceed the price of the course times the number of participants
