Photo Matching is when we compare the Document Photo that we just scanned to the photo that DHS has on file. If it is the same, it is a match.
EAD Card, Permanent Resident Card, and a U.S. Passport/U.S. Passport card.

Why can't Creative Circle accept paper copies of the I-9?
Because we are an E-Verify company. This means we can only accept the ones completed on the computer provided by our link.
When would a Section 3 have to completed?
Your employee’s employment authorization or documentation of employment authorization has expired ("reverification").
What are examples of a List A document? Name 2.
U.S. Passport/ U.S. Passport Card/ Perm Resident Card/ EAD Card/ Foreign Passport with a I-551 stamp or a form I-94/I-94A/ Passport from the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) with form I-94/I-94A or Passport from the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI)
Yes or No: Is it possible for Creative Circle to work with a Candidates whose Visa that ONLY allows them to work Permanently or ONLY allows them to work freelance?
Yes.
M-1 OPT can only work short freelance and not work permanently.
E-3 can only work permanently and not work freelance jobs.
What is a SSA TNC vs a DHS TNC?
Social Security Administration: The info entered does not match what they have on record at SSA
Department of Homeland Security: The info entered does not match what they have on record at DHS.
How long can a completed Section 1 stay without getting completed?
Two weeks. If the candidate completed his/her EI-9 and does not come within 2 weeks with identification, it expires.
When is the only exception of it being acceptable to filling out a paper I-9 form?
When we are filling it out for one of our sister companies, ex: Oxford Global.
