To make a guess about something that is going to happen in the future.

The story develops here as characters grapple with the conflict. Majority of the story happens here.
What is the rising action?
The chain of events that make up a story.
What is the plot?
Discussing an issue and what can be done about it.
What is problem and solution?
An extreme exaggeration that cannot possibly be true.
What is a hyperbole?
To add brief notes to a text.

The author ties up loose ends after the conflict is settled.

Arranged in times order.

Discussing an event or events and what happened as a result.

A saying or expression that people use when meaning something completely different than the literal meaning.

To examine closely.
