a person or animal in a story, play or movie.
What is a character?
a word that expresses strong feelings or excitement; usually followed by an exclamation point. example: Ouch! or YES!

The main point and most exciting part of the plot. It is the turning point of the story and the moment of highest emotion or interest.
What is climax?
a direct comparison of two things. Example: The sunflowers were a fence protecting the roses.
What is a metaphor?
A group of words that does not express a complete thought. example: A young farmer and his mother
What is a sentence FRAGMENT?
what the text is mostly about, the central idea in a story or text.

Shows action or what is being done.

The events of the plot that lead up or build up to the climax.

An extreme exaggeration used to make or prove a point. Example: This homework is going to take me a million years to complete!
