If a voter returned an absentee ballot and they walk into the polling location on Election Day to vote, can they?
No. Once an absentee ballot has been returned, that is the voter's ballot.
If a voter registers on Election Day but does not sign the form and it is not caught until turned into the County Clerk, what happens?
Although their vote still counts, their registration is deactivated and the Municipal Clerk must contact the voter to re-register.
If one or more ballot candidates are deceased for an office, how are write-in votes treated?
Every single write-in vote counts, regardless if they're registered or not.
