We are hoping that a new system might prevent more manual errors from occurring and solve the issue of us losing customers.

We also will want our Shopify platform to be integrated with NetSuite.

Our accounting department takes the brunt of manual work by having to hand enter every order into our current system and by creating reports by hand after sifting through data.

We would like an implementation team to be able to come into our office to assist while we implement a new software.

Our orders are written down on paper and then hand entered into excel. Our accountant then takes our excel documents and creates purchase orders in our financial software.
Can you explain to me how you are managing this process today?
We will be unable to maintain our timeline to open three new locations.

Our controller was part of a NetSuite implementation at their previous company.
