I am testing the Fixed Series I just built, and I am running into an error whenever I try to purchase a Fixed Series with a “Subscriber Ticket”. I double checked the setup, and “Subscriber Ticket” is my default ticket type. Why isn’t it working? 

This could occur when a ticket type is not included in the Fixed Series Pricelist, OR when the default ticket type is a Normal Ticket.

I just tried to rollover my Fixed Series, but none of my patrons with accessibility needs rolled over - I just have a long list of failures for those seats. I need these patrons to be allowed to access their subscription holds. What went wrong and how do I fix it?

You can't hold locked seats. The client will need to release the locks and retry the rollover or manually create those holds.

I’ve just gone on sale with two of my Fixed Series, and half of the seats are unavailable - they’re just showing up as little grey x’s when they should be available seats. The two Fixed Series share the holiday show. Why can’t my customers have access to all of the available seats?

A seat must be available for ALL instances in a Fixed Series, or else it will be greyed out. You shouldn't offer the same Instance within multiple Fixed Series.

I’ve just finished rolling over my Fixed Series. However, when I go to check our reports, it says we haven’t earned any revenue from the Fixed Series, even though I can clearly see holds on our subscribers’ accounts. Why isn’t the money showing up?

Holds do not have any monetary value in Spektrix.

I’m trying to rollover my Fixed Series, but a bunch of my subscription groups are missing. I can see the giant unmapped subscription box, but they aren’t there either. How do I find the missing subscription groups?

This is a known UI bug. The client can view the "missing" subscription groups by zooming out.

I want to force customers to select exactly 3 or 5 events when they purchase their Fixed Series. Right now, the Fixed Series is allowing patrons to select just 4 events. How do I stop that?

The client will need to use a comma instead of a dash between the 3 and the 5 in Number of Events.

We will be moving to a larger venue in the Fall. I’ve built my Fixed Series for next season, but I can’t figure out how to roll everyone over. How do I map my subscription groups?

I have a 5 show Fixed Series, and I want to exchange a subscriber’s tickets for Show 2 without forfeiting their seat rights for the rest of the season, or for next season. How do I do that?

You will need to return JUST the tickets and maintain the Fixed Series itself. This will maintain seat rights while allowing you to facilitate an exchange.

I want to include the exact price of my Fixed Series subscription on my renewal notice for next season. How do I do that?

Last week, I sold a Fixed Series to Spektrix, Inc. However, I can’t see their Fixed Series when I look at their organizational record. How can I find the seats they purchased?

The Fixed Series tab is not visible on Organization records. You will need to navigate into the organization's order to view the Fixed Series.

I want my subscribers to pay more for tickets to the mainstage shows that are part of my Fixed Series package than they do for the black box shows. How do I do this?

The client will need to build their pricing set to accommodate multiple price lists.

We decided to stop offering our second Sunday matinee performances for next season, so I am eliminating one subscription group for next season. Can I still rollover my Fixed Series?

Yes, but you won't be able to rollover that group of patrons.

I’m thinking of introducing a Fixed Series Subscription, and I’d love to offer patrons a 20% off promo code to incentivize them to subscribe. However, I’m trying to see how this would work in the system, and I don’t see an option to discount Fixed Series tickets at all. Am I really unable to apply a discount to my Fixed Series?

This setup field in the offer wizard (the option to include or exclude Fixed Series tickets) is conditional based on whether or not there is an active Fixed Series in the client system.

I made a purchasing segment to see all of my total Fixed Series subscribers, but it looks like it’s not showing everyone - I’m missing some longtime subscribers that I know for sure will be purchasing their subscriptions in the next week or so. Why can’t I see them on my customer list?

Holds do not have monetary value in Spektrix. That prevents them from populating in purchasing segments, unless you specify Fixed Series Holds. By default, the purchasing segment will only look for sold Fixed Series, which excludes holds.

My board president, Mike Geller, renewed his Opening Night Subscription last week. He just asked to renew his Sunday Matinee Subscription as well, but it has vanished from his customer record. Where did it go?

This unfortunately is a feature, not a bug. :(

When a patron has multiple holds across various subscription groups in the same Fixed Series, you will lose any outstanding holds if you renew just one subscription group. In this case, the client has to renew all holds at the same time.
