1. Look outside your class door and sweep in any scholars

2. Close and lock the door (should be pre-locked)

3. Cover your door windows

4. Turn off the lights

5. Get scholars into a safety triangle and remain silent

6. Take attendance and account for missing students in the GPS slack channel (phone volume must be silent)

7. Wait to hear the "All Clear" message or for first responders to arrive to your door.
