Going to the club anyways! And go the next day, and the next day until going doesn't feel so scary. This can help you to feel in control rather than having your emotions control you!

Guilt. You know that on one had, you want to sleep in. On the other, you know that your guardian doesn't feel well and they stated how much they appreciate your help! This is a tough one.
