Explain the MG sanctioning process. 

"If I fail to comply with any of the client responsibilities outlined in this MG agreement, I understand that I will receive a verbal warning that I am out of compliance with the MG Program and will be given a timeline to come into compliance before sanctions will be imposed. If I remain noncompliant after 10 days, LSI will provide me a written notice detailing the reasons for sanctioning, the sanctions applied and list the specific actions that I may undertake in order to regain compliance with the MG Program. If I do not comply within 10 days according to the actions in the written notice, my MG services and assistance may be terminated."
