What is Knowledge?
The number of commandments that deal primarily with love of God, and the number that deal primarily with love of others.
The first 3 commandments deal with love of God, and the remaining 7 commandments deal with love of others.
This is the most important way I stay close to God on a weekly basis.

The change of heart we have when we turn away from sin and temptation, and turn towards God and love.

This Beatitude says that they who hunger and thirst for something will be satisfied.

This is what I do before I go to confession.

Spend some quiet time examining my conscience, asking the Holy Spirit to help me see the ways I have not put God first or loved others like God loves me.
These are the Theological Virtues.

What is Counsel (right judgement)?
These are the Great Commandment and the New Commandment, given by Jesus as told in the Gospels.
The Great Commandment: Love God
"You shall love the Lord, you God, with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the greatest and the first commandment. The second is like it; You shall love your neighbor as yourself." - Matthew 22:37-39
The New Commandment: Love others like Jesus loves you.
"I give you a new commandment: love on another. As I have loved you, so you also should love one another. This is how all will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another." - John 12:34-35
This is my prayer after receiving the Holy Eucharist.
Answers vary but should say thank you to Jesus and unite with Jesus in going forward avoiding sin.
