Prayers of Intercession
The season where we celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus from death to new life.
Easter
Disciples of Jesus who witnessed his life, death, and Resurrection. They were chosen by Jesus to baptize and teach in his name.
Apostles
Freely choosing to do or say something that we know is against God's Law.
Sin
Psalms
Statements of what a person or group believes.
Creeds
The name of the Angel who announced to Mary that she was chosen by God to be the mother of Jesus.
Gabriel
Saints
A sign of God's presence and power at work in our world. Ex: Jesus turning water into wine
Miracle
Eternal life or living forever in happiness with God after we die.
Heaven
A prayer we pray to honor Mary for her great faith.
The Hail Mary
The sacrament that completes and strengthens us to live our Baptism.
Confirmation
The name of Jesus' foster father and Mary's husband.
Joseph
The sacrament in which a baptized man is ordained a bishop, priest, or deacon to serve the Church his whole life.
Holy Orders
This commandment teaches us to worship God.
1st Commandment
The people of God. It is the Body of Christ and the temple of the Holy Spirit.
