DAILY DOUBLE! This story is very short but interesting. A chip is placed inside of a chimp that goes by the name of Sly. The chip allows Sly to converse with humans so he is separated from the rest of the chimps and in closed in a pen by himself along with a pottery wheel. Sly enjoys making pottery because it keeps him calm.

Sly is both good and bad. He showed that he was bad when he got upset and threw his clay at that window when the kids made him mad. He showed he was good , because at anytime he actually could have broke Vern's neck if he wanted to.

They do not understand his state and treat him as if he were just a pet. They punish him for his anger not trying to understand why he is frustrated. Sly has a right to be frustrated. He is stuck in a place where no one can really relate to him because he remains one of a kind.
