Society has no fundamental sense of justice and should be ashamed of it's actions. People are inherently cowardly in their actions because somewhere, at heart, they know they are doing the wrong thing. Real justice would be served in the daylight, above board, and with honor. "Fake" justice happens at night, hidden, in shame.
