When is a child marked as Absent $ Charge and when are they marked Absent No $ Charge

Permanent bookings - marked as Abs Charge

Casual bookings - marked as Abs No Charge if they have contacted us first. If we contact them - Abs Charge.

Any bookings can be Abs Charge in exception circumstances - check with RP. E.g. Serious injury, family emergency etc.
