- Check communication book, phone messages and emails for any contact
- Check with other staff, have they received a message and not written down
- Call parents
- If unable to, contact school ~9:30am, are they signed in at school?
- If yes, contacted. Mark away.

What qualifications are required?

Accredited Child Protection training, acceptance in writing (signing a form).
When is a child marked as Absent $ Charge and when are they marked Absent No $ Charge
Permanent bookings - marked as Abs Charge
Casual bookings - marked as Abs No Charge if they have contacted us first. If we contact them - Abs Charge.
Any bookings can be Abs Charge in exception circumstances - check with RP. E.g. Serious injury, family emergency etc.
