Collaborated with partner offices and IT to add this case deflection tool on: Admissions Application, MyMap, MFC, and MyAid Dashboard, completing a multi-year project.

By collaborating with this office, this project finalized and implemented a training program for peer mentors to reach out exclusively to SSI-2 students.

This petition transitioned to the Enrollment Services Office, where counselors were trained, and the process was also brought into Salesforce for the first time, allowing better tracking, communication, and reporting — and enabling counselors to provide more holistic advising.
