This major improvement streamlined how students request exceptions with a new website and an online FormAssembly form that automatically creates a Salesforce case. Furthermore, academic petitions were brought into Salesforce for the first time, allowing better tracking, communication, and reporting — and enabling counselors to provide more holistic advising on related topics such as financial aid SAP, scholarships, and overall academic progress. To successfully take on academic petitions, enrollment services staff collaborated with these key individuals: Josh, Taylor, G, and Dan Wilson.
