People who are eligible for MA are not eligible for MinnesotaCare or APTC. Likewise, people who are eligible for MinnesotaCare are not eligible for APTC. Eligibility for an IAP is not a barrier to purchasing QHP without subsidy coverage.

You do not have to give us a Social Security number for persons in your home who are not applying for coverage or if you have religious objections.
