Compare and contrast a printer now and a printer then.
Printing press then had a lot of work to be put into them and took a little longer to actually print. Also there where some mistakes but hardly with the printing press and no problems. The printer now can print stuff out in a minute. Also there is not spelling mistakes unless the computer doesn't count it. Also you can print out pictures and different fonts and colors. But both are printers and both have people make it. It both prints out one font color black. Also makes people lives way easier not have write it and mess up.

It would be affected that news wouldn't travel as fast. And I wouldn't know the right news or the weather. I would not know what is going on around the world and how our country is doing.

Then: They didn't they had to express how they felt through the cartoons and hide it. They didn't have freedom and if they showed rebellion they could be executed. Now: You can say whatever you want but you can't totally slander someone. Because they can sue you for not doing the right thing. But we can speak out against out on our government but we can't say rude things. Both: have someway of speaking out against the government now and then.

Then they didn't have printers and when they finally got the printing press it took a long time. Also people would have to travel from place to place to deliver important news that would almost two days to deliver Now we have technology to get news and it will always be there. We can look back on news for projects and for information. We can print things super fast in instant then in maybe a couple days, Both now and then had and have printers. We both had some way to get the news that we needed.

Then:It spread really slow not a lot of people knew what was going on until weeks later. Also sometimes it never came if the people delivering it got in trouble with weather. Now: most of the things going on travel right when it happens or right after or even during something really important. Now you can find news sources everywhere instead of on place Both: They both had a place to go and listen to the news and we both have the privlage of news.
