As a mom, getting anywhere is a struggle, but what time do we promptly start our meetings?
At 9:15 - and no worries if you are late just sneak in, this is a no judgement zone!

Sometimes we want to throw this and sometimes we might spend two hours on it when a miracle happens and all the babies are sleeping, what is it?
YOU PHONE! Couple of things though - Keep the phone on vibrate, refrain from texting unless necessary, and if you need to make or take a call please step out.

Does MOPS have a Facebook page? Can anyone see it?
Yes and No! We have a public Facebook page and then we have a private Facebook page. The private one is for active FBCT MOPS moms only. The Publicity Coordinator will make sure you are invited to be apart of the private one.

We hardly remember what we had for dinner last night, much less what everyone's name is! What do wear to help each other remember our names?

Tennessee is known for two things, Country music and crazy weather! What do we do when we have a MOPS meeting and school is closed for inclement weather?
If school is cancelled or delayed 2 hours, our meeting is cancelled ... and so are all other MOPS events (such as parents night out). If school is delayed by an hour - meeting as normal.

So this is election season and I am sure that you might be frustrated with your brother's new girlfriend - nerves can get a little tense, but is MOPS Facebook the place to bash others?
Not really .... we ask that you keep your comments courteous and polite. Remember, this page is an extension of our meetings. But, we would love to celebrate great things in your life and also pray for you - so please be sure to share things like this.

Besides your child, what is the second most important thing to bring to each MOPS meeting?
YOUR BRUNCH DISH! We have too many pregnant ladies in this room to not have a snack! This can be a serious Pinterest dish or a box of donuts.

Own your own business or a consultant for a great company - Then you might ask " Can I get some new business here?" Yes or no?
Yes and No - No - To keep from anyone feeling pressured or "turned off". we ask that you don't use meetings, contact info (emails, lists) Facebook page or website for any type of soliciting or promoting of your business. Yes - We do have a MOPS Shop that will be shown each meeting in which you can advertise in.

Smelling some fresh air and what to do a little spring cleaning? Is MOPS Facebook a place you can give away or sell items?
Sure! Please try to limit the number of photos, and be aware that these posts will be deleted within a week, but hey - sharing is caring!

Do you pick your table you sit at based on which is closer to the food ... or bathroom depending on how your day is going?
No, you sit at your assigned table each time. This encourages you to build some great relationships with the gals at your table.

So, will there be any important stuff posted on the Facebook page anyways?
You betcha! Lots of important stuff will be constantly posted on the Facebook page like Parent Night Out reminders, important meeting info, and upcoming play dates to name a few!

Is there anyone to here to help me remember all the stuff going on and maybe be willing to meet me for some Chick-Fil-A every now and then?
Yes, your table leader! They will lead discussions, set up playdates, keep you informed, and overall be an awesome person!

So, what about privacy? Where should I post if I want to keep it private?
Post it in the private Facebook page! Most of the info you will need will be here anyways, but just remember no pictures of our sweet kiddos will be posted on the public page, just private. Also, all sensitive information should be posted in the private Facebook page too (such as prayer requests).
