start your day with a smile
and affirm that you're worthwhile
look in the mirror and be happy with you
at first this will be hard to do
but remember, practise makes perfect
every time your neg voice starts to scream
challenge it and tell it not to be so mean
for every put down that comes into you head
replace it with 2 happy thoughts instead
do things that bring you joy
even if it is playing with kids toys
read uplifting books about people who are strong
and seriously, just stop making yourself wrong!!
