What is the liberal view of regulating technologies and the environment?
Answer open, but generally, liberal believes the federal govt should keep tabs on most environmental issues, and have strong sanctions against those who contribute to the ill health of the environment. Put stronger regulations on pollution/emissions control from factories, for example, to save the environment-- even if it costs more money.

Little to no taxation to allow government to play a very small role in people's lives, and for the people to have the freedom and responsibility to use their money wisely. One pays businesses for their services. Everything is privatized. Discuss examples.

What is the reason a conservative generally does not want to have a lot of environmental regulation? Do they not care about the environment? And how does China differ than America with respect to environmental regulation?
Answer will vary, but typically, they don't want to hamper industry with costs that will allow them to maximize profits. Having to invest on pollution saving devices, etc., costs a lot of money. Compare China's policies. They do not have anything like the EPA.

What is the Obama administration's view of cracking down on terrorism? And what was the means by which they killed Bin Laden?
First question is hard to answer. People will debate whether Obama is tough enough on preventing terrorism. Critics say he should be more "preemptive" (define). Navy Seals killed Bin Laden and others in his house in Pakistan. Al-Kuwaiti opened fire on the first team of SEALs with an AK-47 from behind the guesthouse door, and a firefight took place between him and the SEALs, in which al-Kuwaiti was killed.[3][76] His wife Mariam was allegedly shot and wounded in the right shoulder.[77][78] The courier's male relative Abrar was shot and killed by the SEALs' second team on the first floor of the main house. A woman near him, later identified as Abrar's wife Bushra was also shot and killed. Bin Laden's young adult son rushed towards the SEALs on the staircase of the main house, and was shot and killed by the second team.[3][54][75][76][79] An unnamed U.S. senior defense official stated that only one of the five people killed was armed.[80] The interior of the house was pitch dark, because CIA operatives had cut the power to the neighborhood.[46] The SEALs encountered bin Laden on the third floor of the main building.[54][81] Bin Laden was "wearing the local loose-fitting tunic and pants known as a kurta paijama", which were later found to have €500 and two phone numbers sewn into the fabric.[45][71][76] Bin Laden peered over the third floor ledge at the Americans advancing up the stairs, and then retreated into his room as a SEAL fired a shot at him. The SEALs quickly followed him into his room. Inside the bedroom, bin Laden lay on the floor with a head wound as two of bin Laden's wives stood in front of him, shielding him. One of them, Amal Ahmed Abdul Fatah, screamed at the SEALs in Arabic and motioned as if she were about to charge. One of the SEALs shot her in the leg, then grabbed both women and shoved them aside. A second SEAL entered the room and two SEALs shot bin Laden in the chest with a H&K 416 using Navy M855 5.56 mm rounds.[46][82] The SEAL team leader radioed, "For God and country—Geronimo, Geronimo, Geronimo," and then, after being prompted by McRaven for confirmation, "Geronimo E.K.I.A." (enemy killed in action). Watching the operation in the White House Situation Room, President Obama said, "We got him."[3][43][46] There were two weapons near bin Laden in his room, including an AKSU rifle and a Russian-made Makarov pistol, but according to his wife Amal, he was shot before he could reach his AKSU.[83][84] According to the Associated Press the guns were on a shelf next to the door and the SEALs did not see them until they were photographing the body.[57][37]

What would a libertarian do with an agency like The Department of Education (DE) or one like the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)?
Abolish them. Tax monies should not fund schools and school curriculum. All schools should have the right to form their own unions and teach as they see fit. Also, the EPA is not needed so long as companies sell and produce their product honestly and responsibly... PEOPLE not the government should take care of the environment. Responsibility is a HUGE factor with Libbies. Is it something people can pull off?

What is the liberal view of gun control laws, that is, why do they believe we need it?
Typically, to have stronger regulation. Obama clearly supports the 2nd Amendment, and believes education will curb violence, not taking away guns. Some more extreme liberals think America should ban all assault and hand guns, but that is more a socialist view not widely held in America.

What is the perceived problem American has with Iran right now? Cite as per Romney's, and as per Obama's views.
Romney camp worries they are building nukes. Obama camp says they don't have the technology to do so yet, but they will try to prevent them from ever gaining that technology. Obama's team says they are keeping a close eye on Iran and will take military action if necessary. Romney says we need to take action now before things happen.

What is the current economic/legal definition of a "corporation" in America? How are they perceived by the courts?
Corporations are perceived as individual people therefore taxed like an individual. One of the reason is money is seen as a form of speech, so corporations are protected by the Constitution as persons. Extra Question: which party is more likely to favor "corporate personhood"?

What is right or wrong with having "GOD" on our money and in our Pledge of Allegiance?
Answers will vary... but First Amendment can provide strong grounds for saying it is unconstitutional to have either. Also, fact: the original pledge did NOT include "god"... it was added by Federal Govt in 1954. Note also fact: American money did not have "GOD" on it for about first 100 years, and only put on paper money in 1957.
