My pay groups is set to Thursdays but I need the pay date to be always Fridays. What are the steps to take to correct all batches moving forward?
You will need to delete current batch out there within payroll control and then select do not replace. Then go into the pay group and change the pay schedule to instead be a pay date on Fridays, select the new pay date and the period start date for the pay group to be correct moving forward
What does this custom feature code do/ why is it needed? CL.SUPPR.PROJ.VAL
A: This is needed because of the atlas integration. The GL codes from ReelPay are concatenated into the project field of prism. This allows reelpay to always push data into this field without needing to set them up on the projects level
What are projects used in Prism for clients using reelpay?
They are specifically pushed from ReelPay into Prism and the projects field should not be used for clients using ReelPay
