Many students at Jefferson Middle School were struggling to complete their homework on time due to difficulties in understanding the material. To address this issue, the school implemented an after-school tutoring program. This program enlisted the help of teachers and advanced students who volunteered their time to assist those needing extra help. As a result, homework completion rates significantly improved, and students' grades began to rise. The program also fostered a sense of community and collaboration among the students. Overall, the after-school tutoring program effectively addressed the homework completion issue and enhanced academic performance at Jefferson Middle School.
