Anyone involved with the project. If you are uncomfortable with the job or still have questions, anyone is allowed to call for a transition meeting.

Project Managers are responsible for balancing the job using the CVA calculator. Estimators are responsible for making sure a job is under the PO value when COJO values are entered. Both are able to get a COJO when needed.

NO! Wait for it to be broken out and submitted by an estimator.
Can we create a CVA without having all of the vendor quotes?
Yes. Balance the job based on current variation allowances. Small variances can be absorbed into the margin or split/closed during closure.
Variation quotes are typically found where?
On the specs drive in the variation folder. This should be updated and purged of old quotes. Responsibility is on the AS.
