If the parents are unable to pick the child up, make the child as comfortable as possible, but they must continue to rotate with the group until their parent/emergency contact can pick up. You cannot leave the child unattended.

What is an incident report?

Reports that are made when a child may be injured, or a behavior issue has taken place. If the incident involves two children, a report must be made for both children.

What is a Teacher Time Activity Form?

When an ESD participant is going to be attending another activity that will be located on the campus this must be filed out and turned into the office prior to the activity beginning.

What are our Volunteer and Practicum Policy?

What happens if a child is left over an hour after the site closed?

Staff will remain with the child until the coordinators are able to contact the Police or Sheriff’s Department. Staff are required to stay as late as necessary as instructed by their supervisor.
