However many you need! Minimally, you want one per source whenever you discuss that source. Since you'll probably be discussing two sources per paragraph, that's how many quotations you'll probably need, minimally.

The same as if a student turns in plagiarized content, or cheats in other ways: a 0 on the assignment, and potentially an F in the class and academic sanctions.
