Bronchospasm is acute spasm of bronchial muscles. Bronchoconstriction is the chronic process of narrowing in the airway due to muscle contraction, inflammation, or mucus.

Atropine.
Patient is showing signs of Cholinergic crisis and Atropine is used to reverse cholinergic crisis.

Blood products can only run with 0.9% NS. 0.9% NS is isotonic and prevents RBC damage.
Dextrose can cause hemolysis or blood clots.

Methimazole is used for hyperthyroidism. Seafood is high in iodine. Iodine is what is used to make T3 and T4 which are the free thyroid hormones. T3 has 3 iodine molecules and T4 has 4 iodine molecules. Patients who have hyperthyroidism need to maintain a low iodine diet.
I have to rinse my mouth after I use my inhaler. What is the point?
To prevent thrush. Inhalers that contain a steroid can cause thrush if you do not rinse your mouth after inhalation.
