Two unicorns are very similar in appearance. Both are mammals, and have fur similar to that of a horse, and a horn that protrudes from their head. However, one unicorn has wings and a white horn, whereas the other unicorn does not have wings and has a horn that is rainbow colored. If you were to classify this organism using taxonomy, what Kingdom would it belong to? Are the two creatures in the same species?
They would be animals. No, but they are most likely in the same genus.

Describe the path a grain of pollen would take from landing on the flower to fertilization. Include all relevant parts of the flower(minimum 5 parts).
The pollen would somehow need to travel from the anther to the stigma. Upon landing on the stigma, the pollen would slowly grow a pollen tube through the style, connecting it to the ovary. Once completed, the male gamete (sperm) would travel down the pollen tube, fertilizing the female gamete (ovule, or egg). Upon fertilization, the fertilized egg cell is known as a zygote.

Mr. Twomey spent all day building a model ship, which is made out of matchsticks. Mr. Twomey's brother, Patrick, decides that he wants to remove a piece of the boat. If it was connected with glue: 1. Is it a removable or non-removable link? 2. If Patrick then proceeds to set the boat on fire, is that a physical or a chemical change? How can you tell?
1. non-removable 2. It would be a chemical change. The evidence would be the ash, which is a new substance that is created.
