On the Sales Sheet, Copy the data in cells A1:B8 and paste the values only to the same cells on the Employees tab. 

Select cells A1:B8, ctrl+C, go to the Employees tab, go to the paste button, or right click and choose the Values Only option, to paste.

On the Sales Sheet, In cell C9, find the Sum (total) of Q1 Sales.

Use AutoSum or type in the function, select the range of cells (C3:C8).

On the Sales Sheet, Format A1:F8 as a Table with Headers.

Click the Format as a Table > Select Style > Select Range (A1:F8), check the box that says Table has Headers > click OK

On the Sales sheet, insert a Pie Chart that displays the Employees' Q2 Sales. 

Insert > Pie Chart > Select Data: A1:A8, D1:D8

On the Sales Total sheet, set the print area to include cells A1:C8

Protect the Sales worksheet. Then unprotect it.

Review > Changes > Protect Sheet. - Enter Password.

Use Password to Unprotect sheet.

On the Sales Sheet, Freeze Row 1; Hide, then Unhide the Sam Chen data in Row 3.

View > Freeze Panes > Freeze Top Row

Select Row 3, right click & click on Hide. Select Rows 2-4, right click, and click Unhide.

On the Sales Sheet, In cell A12, use SUMIF to find the Total sales of the employees from the North.

Click inside the table > Table Design > Quick Styles > Pick new style.

Move the chart to a New Sheet titled Q2 Sales

From the Chart Design Tab > Move Chart > New Sheet - Type "Q2 Sales" > OK

On the Sales Sheet, add conditional formatting to the Sales Data (C2:D8), to format cells that are less than 12,000 with Light Red Fill with Dark Red Text.

Select C2:D8 > Conditional Formatting > Less than > 12,000 > OK

On the Sales sheet, Use the Format Painter to copy the formatting of the data in cell C2 to cells D2:D8

Select cell C2, click the format painter button on the ribbon, select cells D2:D8

On the sales sheet, In cell A13, use AVERAGEIF to find the Total sales of the employees from the West.

=AverageIf(B2:B8, "West", C2:D8)

On the Sales Totals sheet, add a Total Row to the table so that it shows the SUM of the numbers above it.

Select a cell inside the table. Go to the Design tab, in the Table Style Options group, check the Total Row box.

Format the Chart Title using the design options of your choice.

Apply WordArt or other text formatting features.

On the Sales Sheet, add Data Bars to cells F2:F8

Select cells F2:F8 > Conditional Formatting > Data Bars > Select a style of choice.
