  1. Provide the leaving family with a PDF of the latest version of the student’s ILP, TEA ILP, accommodation plan, ICAP, or TICAP.

  2. Cut and paste the student’s row on the Alpha List from the division tab to the withdrawn tab; adjust information to ensure it fits into the withdrawn tab.

  3. Move the student’s folder from the Student Support Services Shared Drive in their ‘Class of’ folder to the correct class in the ‘_Withdrawn/Exited Students’  folder.
